Cruelly overlooked by the first volume of 'Crap Towns' (which sparked a mini campaign by Jeremy Clarkson and as a result my appearance on Southern Counties Radio back in October 2003 !!), Woking has made it into volume two.
Woking achieves a respectable 31st in the chart, proving to be less crap than nearby Aldershot and Windsor. Local MP Humphrey Malins even makes an attempt at a defence of the place.
