Facing the railway at the Western end of the town centre is one of Woking's Nepalese restaurants (previously the Ghurka Hat and still using their stationery!) with a menu covering most of your regular Indian dishes plus some intriguing Nepalese specialities. Supposedly also a cocktail bar (not that you'd know) it has a nice interior but very bright lights...
